  1. Prepare 1 of and a 1/2 medium sized pears.
  2. Provide 1 sheet of Shortcrust Pastry.
  3. You need 1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon.
  4. Prepare 2 tsp of Raw Sugar reserve 1 tsp.
  5. Take 1 tsp of Nutmeg.
  6. Use 4 of Arrowroot Biscuits crushed.
  7. Use of Equipment.
  8. Prepare 20 cm of pie tin.

  1. Place pastry sheet into greased 20 cm pie tin.
  2. Trim the edges.

  7. Place in pre-heated oven approx 170 degrees and bake for 40 mins or until pastry is golden brown..
